Tropical Tiger Tonic
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) chilled coconut water
2/3 cup roughly torn kale leaves, stems removed
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/3 cup frozen diced mango
1 tablespoon raw almonds
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender. Process for 45 seconds or until smooth.
