Leftovers can be divisive—some people resist reheating by any means possible, while others will gladly pop a tupperware for round two (or three, or four). Revamp the remaining odds and ends from your holiday feasting into entirely new dishes, or turn tops and scraps into a savory salsa or salad dressing. Watch the video above for some inspiration, and start 2019 in true #WasteNot-style.
