The Foundation regularly conducts qualitative and quantitative research through our network of chefs and culinary professionals assessing the state of the industry to guide and inform our work.

The Foundation is committed to addressing the gap in data around independent restaurants and capturing insights to determine the most effective ways to support the industry. We do so by conducting regular surveys to collect data from our network of chefs and culinary professionals that accurately reflect the independent restaurant industry's landscape. These surveys are conducted on an ongoing basis to inform our work and produce recommendations and tangible actions for industry professionals. 

Climate Solutions for Restaurant Survival: Industry Climate Impact Survey 

This survey will help JBF facilitate connections with local lawmakers and create campaign resources that most accurately reflect individuals experiences, for maximum impact.
