Set Sail for a Culinary Adventure

Back in November, our chief operating officer Kris Moon hopped aboard a Windstar ship to explore Tahiti and experience a James Beard Foundation Culinary Themed Cruise. Six times a year, these cruises (with fewer than 350 guests) bring some of the world's most talented chefs and sommeliers onboard to create dishes for the dining program, offer demos and market tours, and serve up innovative and delicious beverage pairings across the globe. Below, Moon shares some highlights from his Pacific getaway with Beard Award–winning chef Emily Luchetti and multiple Beard Award–nominated wine director Shelley Lindgren.
