Cindy McLoughlin is a partner with CohnReznick and the leader of the firm’s national hospitality and consumer industry practice which services over 600 hospitality clients. With more than 30 years of experience, Cindy has developed extensive expertise in providing audit and advisory services to mid- to large-sized companies. She is part of the capital markets group with a focus on private equity transactions and growth and liquidity strategies for hospitality companies. She services clients predominantly in the restaurant space with an emphasis in fine dining, emerging brands, fast casual, and has an expertise in franchising. McLoughlin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSCPA), and the International Franchise Association (IFA). Cindy is a sought-after industry professional and has been recently named one of the most influential solutions providers and operators in the country, as chosen by Nation’s Restaurant News readers.She has also received countless other accolades including the Achievers’ Award from the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women, the Corporate Leader award from Long Island Women’s Agenda, Top 40 under 40 from Long Island Business News, and was also named one of Long Island’s Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business. In addition to being a trustee for the James Beard Foundation, Cindy is a board member for the Marty Lyons Foundation. She holds a B.S. from California State University Northridge. She has three children with her husband Tom McLoughlin.
