Fishwife, the wildly popular female-founded tinned seafood company, is celebrating the launch of The Fishwife Cookbook. Written by co-founder and CEO Becca Millstein with recipe developer Vilda Gonzalez, the book offers recipes for every occasion—from cocktails to late-night snacks—featuring the sustainably-sourced, premium products that put Fishwife on the map as an industry leader. Whether you’re an aficionado or just a curious beginner, join Bon Appétit editorial operations manager Kate Kassin alongside Becca and Vilda for an afternoon of drinks, delicious bites from the book, and great conversation celebrating the diversity of tinned fish.

Wine, Martinis, and light bites will be served.

Copies of The Fishwife Cookbook by Becca Millstein and Vilda Gonzalez are available for purchase with tickets or at the event from our friends at Kitchen Arts & Letters.

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
