The sophisticated charm of Paris meets Atlanta’s vibrant spirit as we welcome the Four Seasons Brasserie Margot for a one-night-only pop-up experience. Guests will be immersed in reimagined French brasserie fare as Executive Chef Jon Novak takes on timeless French traditions that have already made Brasserie a beloved Atlanta destination. The exclusive evening will also showcase the talents of Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow who will top the menu off with his renowned desserts. To drink, diners will sample General Manager and award-winning mixologist Ashish Sharma’s signature cocktails, and a curated list of French and sustainable wines will accompany the dinner. All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Terms
Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
