Let these Monterey County chefs take you on a culinary road trip along the California coast—from the rugged cliffs of Big Sur to the verdant fields of the Salinas Valley (“Salad Bowl of the World”), to the top-rated viticultural region of Carmel Valley. Embark on a curated gastronomic adventure and enjoy expertly prepared seafood from the region that guides the global standards for sustainable sourcing, bountiful produce freshly plucked from farm to fork, and dishes that are inspired by all that is fresh, local, and naturally connected to the place it comes from.
The dinner will feature outstanding cuisine featuring award-winning chefs and winemakers who find inspiration from the natural beauty, dramatic coastlines, and rich soil of Monterey County.

Event Policy
Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Terms
Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
