Founded in 2007, EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute provides world-class training in the culinary arts to formerly incarcerated individuals, offering a foundation for successful reentry into society. The organization's approach blends education, mentorship, and hands-on experience to create second chances through excellence.
