Celebrate Caribbean American Heritage Month with Two Award-Winning Chefs
In honor of Caribbean American Heritage Month, join chefs Brittney “Stikxz” Williams and Andre Fowles for an unforgettable evening highlighting the diverse flavors of Jamaica and the Caribbean diaspora. Food Network regular chef Stikxz is known for setting the New York City culinary world on fire with her visionary interpretation of contemporary Jamaican cuisine. Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, chef Andre Fowles is a three-time champion on Food Network’s Chopped and the culinary director of beloved Caribbean restaurant Miss Lily's. Together, these two culinary superstars will collaborate on a menu that pays tribute to their Jamaican heritage and celebrates the bold flavors of the island through a fine-dining lens.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
