An Award-Winning Winery and Grass-Fed Hamburger Extravaganza
Celebrate summertime with a festive evening featuring the award-winning McCall Wines and the locally sourced flavors of First and South restaurant for a perfectly paired taste of the North Fork in New York City.
Indulge in burgers made with McCall’s own grass-fed Charolais beef topped with McCall’s grass-fed Irish cheddar, served alongside First and South’s famous French fries with a variety of house-made dipping sauces. First and South has also created a line-up of sumptuous seafood, seasonal sides, and accompaniments that showcase the bounty of summer products from the North Fork region.
The evening will offer a distinct taste of Long Island’s wine country by thoughtfully pairing each course with a wine from McCall, a vineyard, winery, and cattle farm committed to regenerative agriculture farming practices and sustainable viticulture.

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Terms
Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
