Jillian Griffiths
Jillian Griffiths is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private equity firm headquartered in New York City. She serves on the Firm’s Valuation, Risk and Compliance committees and has leadership responsibilities for finance, information technology, and U.S. office administrative services. Before her promotion to CFO in 2021, she served for six years as CD&R’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to CD&R Griffiths worked for 22 years at PwC, the last ten of which as a Partner in the U.S. deals practice, specializing in financial due diligence. She participated in over 150 transactions, advising private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries. Griffiths has always been passionate about food. In 2010, she took a three-month sabbatical from PwC to attend Leiths School of Food and Wine. Griffiths received a B.S. in accounting from Miami University, where she currently serves on the Business Advisory Council. Jillian Griffiths, and her husband, Jim Cusick, reside in New York and Maine.
