Ingredients
- 2 ounces bourbon
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ¾ ounce fresh orange juice
- ½ ounce honey syrup
- ¼ ounce Falernum syrup
- ¼ ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- Orange wheel for garnish
Method
Make the honey syrup: in a bowl, combine 1 cup honey and ½ cup water. Whisk together to incorporate.
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
