Mr. Beard's Citrus Cooler

Method

This refreshing, vodka-spiked Limoncello cocktail is the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, so mix up an entire pitcher’s worth.

6 ounces vodka
2 1/2 ounces Limoncello
4 ounces lemon juice
3 ounces simple syrup
16 ounces soda water
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Make the simple syrup: mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

Make the cocktail: combine all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher. Stir gently and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves. Serve over ice.
