Negronita

Method

The Negronita, created by our director of house programming Izabela Wojcik, is one of our favorite summer cocktails. Inspired by the Negroni, this vibrant drink calls for equal parts Lillet Rosé, Aperol, and any white tequila of your choice.

• 1 ounce Lillet Rosé
• 1 ounce Aperol
• 1 ounce white tequila
• A few drops orange bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy!
