Woodsy rosemary syrup, lime juice, and tequila are the perfect base for this elegant Champagne-topped cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces blanco tequila
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- ¾ ounce rosemary syrup
- Champagne
- Lemon twist for garnish
Method
Combine the tequila, lime juice, and rosemary syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Strain and pour into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
