Siam Daiquiri

Method

Enjoy the flavors of Thailand in this refreshing daiquiri from BACARDÍ.

Aromatic Simple Syrup (makes 2 cups)

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 Thai basil leaves
  • 3 coriander seeds
  • 2 lime leaves (if available)
  • 1/4 jalapeño, sliced

Siam Daiquiri

  • 1 ounce BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron
  • 1/2 ounce lime leaf juice
  • 1 teaspoon aromatic simple syrup

Make the simple syrup: combine all ingredients in a saucepot and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature.

Make the daiquiri: combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into in a chilled coupe.
