Strawberry–Vanilla Milk Punch

Method

For those times when you’d rather drink your dessert, give Erick Castro’s creamy, Cognac-spiked strawberry milk punch a spin.

  • 2 ounces Cognac
  • 1 ounce cream
  • 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup
  • 1 strawberry
  • Nilla Wafer for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberry with a wooden spoon. Add the Cognac, cream, and vanilla syrup and shake to combine. Pour into a double Old Fashioned glass and garnish with the Nilla Wafer.
